Characteristics

Toroidal Cores are made from high quality CRGO silicon steel that has low iron-loss at high frequency yet retains high permeability of magnetic properties in a wide range of thicknesses: 0.05mm, 0.08mm, 0.1mm, 0.2mm, 0.23mm, 0.27mm, 0.3mm, 0.35mm. The steel is wound in the same direction resulting in a toroidal shape that has a closed flux path with no magnetic leakage thus allowing Toroidal Cores to have the best magnetic performance. Coiling steel with a toroidal winding machine is also extremely efficient.

Applications

Widely used in 50Hz and 400Hz Transformers / Mutual Inductors / Reactors / Chokes and other Magnetic Components of electronic equipment.
